Permanent Hair Removal
Electrolysis Hair Removal
The Permanent and Precise Solution for Unwanted Hair - Suitable for All Hair Types
Are you looking for an effective and permanent solution for unwanted hair? Tired of constant shaving, waxing, or tweezing? Electrolysis is a highly precise and effective hair removal method that permanently eliminates individual hairs—including light-colored hairs—safely and professionally.
In the hands of an experienced specialist, electrolysis is more than just a treatment—it's an investment in a more carefree everyday life. Every hair follicle is treated individually, resulting in exceptional precision. This makes electrolysis especially suitable for areas that require flawless detail, such as the face, chin, upper lip, eyebrows, and hormonally stimulated facial hair.
Unlike laser hair removal, electrolysis is effective on all hair types, including blonde, grey, red, white, and fine hairs.
If you want smooth skin without the need for ongoing shaving, waxing, or tweezing, electrolysis may be the best long-term solution.
What Is Electrolysis?
Electrolysis (also known as thermolysis, the Blend method, or electrolysis) is the only method of permanent hair removal that treats each individual hair follicle. A very fine sterile probe is carefully inserted into the natural opening of the hair follicle—without piercing or damaging the surrounding skin.
A controlled electrical current destroys the hair-producing cells and the dermal papilla (hair root), preventing the hair from growing back.
This makes electrolysis the ideal solution for permanent removal of hairs that cannot be treated successfully with laser, including light, grey, red, or white hairs.
Why Choose Electrolysis?
Electrolysis is the only FDA-recognized method of permanent hair removal for all hair types.
Effective for Every Hair Colour
Unlike laser and IPL treatments, electrolysis works on blonde, grey, red, white, and fine hairs as well as dark hairs.
Exceptional Precision
Each hair follicle is treated individually, making electrolysis ideal for delicate and small treatment areas.
Expertise Makes the Difference
Choosing an experienced electrolysis specialist ensures safe, meticulous, and personalized treatment with the best possible results.
Electrolysis vs. Laser Hair Removal – Which Is Better?
Laser hair removal works best on dark hair combined with light skin. However, it is generally ineffective on blonde, grey, white, red, or mixed-colour hairs. While laser treatments can reduce hair growth, they do not permanently remove every hair follicle.
Electrolysis, on the other hand:
-
Is suitable for all skin types
-
Works on all hair colours
-
Provides extremely precise treatment
-
Offers permanent hair removal on every area of the body
For this reason, many clients choose electrolysis when laser treatments have not produced the desired results.
Who Is Electrolysis Suitable For?
Electrolysis is ideal for:
-
Unwanted facial hair
-
Hormonal hair growth
-
Blonde, grey, white, red, or laser-resistant hairs
-
Eyebrows, chin, upper lip, and other precision areas
-
Bikini line and intimate areas
-
Chest and abdomen
-
Legs, thighs, arms, underarms, feet, and toes—in fact, almost any area where unwanted hair grows
-
Anyone seeking a truly permanent solution
What Happens During the Treatment?
During the treatment, a fine sterile probe is inserted into the natural opening of each hair follicle. A small electrical current destroys the hair root (dermal papilla) and the hair-producing cells. The treated hair is then gently removed.
Once a follicle has been successfully treated during the correct stage of the hair growth cycle, it will no longer produce a new hair.
Because hairs grow in different cycles, multiple treatment sessions are required to achieve permanent results. We will provide you with a personalised treatment plan during your consultation.
The average treatment interval is 2–4 weeks, although larger treatment areas with dense hair growth may benefit from more frequent appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is electrolysis permanent?
Yes. Electrolysis permanently destroys the treated hair follicles, preventing future hair growth.
Does electrolysis hurt?
Everyone experiences treatment differently. Most clients describe it as a mild pinching sensation or brief feeling of warmth. Topical numbing options can be used for particularly sensitive areas.
How many treatments will I need?
Hair grows in different stages, so multiple sessions are necessary to treat every follicle during its active growth phase. The exact number of treatments depends on the treatment area, hair type, and individual hair growth.
Is electrolysis safe?
Yes. When performed by a trained and experienced specialist, electrolysis is a safe, hygienic, and well-established procedure.
Can electrolysis remove blonde or grey hairs?
Absolutely. One of the greatest advantages of electrolysis is that it permanently removes blonde, grey, white, and red hairs that laser treatments cannot effectively treat.
What should I expect after treatment?
Temporary redness or mild sensitivity is normal and usually subsides quickly. You will always receive detailed aftercare instructions following your treatment.
Why choose electrolysis instead of laser?
Laser treatments often do not work on light or fine hairs. Electrolysis is effective on every hair colour and offers truly permanent hair removal.
How much does electrolysis cost?
The cost of electrolysis depends on the treatment area, the amount of hair, and the number of sessions required. Because every client's hair growth is unique, it is not possible to provide an exact estimate in advance.
After a few treatments, it becomes much easier to estimate the remaining treatment time based on how your hair responds. Even the most stubborn hairs can be permanently removed with electrolysis.
Permanent hair removal is an investment that can save both time and money compared with years of temporary hair removal methods.

CPL Hair Removal
Dark Hair Reduction Method
CPL (Calibrated Pulsed Light) is an effective and safe light pulse technique that can reduce unwanted skin hair in the long term. The treatment targets light energy to the hair pigment, causing the hair follicle to weaken and hair growth to gradually decrease. The best results are achieved with a series of treatments, as not all hairs are in the active growth phase at the same time.
Who is the treatment suitable for?
CPL treatment is suitable for most people who want to reduce unwanted hair on areas such as the face, underarms, legs, bikini line, arms or back. The treatment works best on dark hair and light skin, but suitability is always assessed individually.
Course of treatment
Before the treatment, the skin is cleansed and a gel is applied to the area to be treated if necessary. During the treatment, you will feel a slight sensation of warmth or the snapping of a rubber band. Depending on the size of the area to be treated, the treatment takes approximately 15–60 minutes.
Treatment set
For more permanent results, 6–8 treatments are usually recommended, approximately 4–8 weeks apart. The number of treatments depends on the area being treated, hair quality, and individual hair growth.
Before treatment
-
Shave the area to be treated 24 hours before treatment.
-
Avoid plucking, waxing, and sugaring hair for about 4–6 weeks before treatment.
-
Avoid intense sun exposure and self-tanning products before treatment.
After treatment
After the treatment, the skin may be slightly red for a few hours. We recommend avoiding saunas, hot showers, strenuous exercise and sunbathing for 24–48 hours. It is important to use sunscreen (SPF 30–50) on the treated area.

Useful tips before needle epilation treatment
Please do not shave or pluck the hair before the treatment. Put a reminder on your calendar so you don't forget. The hair does not have to be long. 1-2 mm is enough. Usually 2-3 days are enough for growth. The hair cannot be too long, so you can let the hair grow longer.
Wetting the skin is not recommended for 24 hours after treatment. You can remove makeup beforehand if you wish. During treatment, only the treated area is cleaned with a disinfectant.
